Terms & Conditions

Event Open to: Legal U.S. residents of legal age. Participant must be a minimum of 8 weeks pregnant.

Photo Session: Qualifying entrants receive a 30-minute session and one digital photo. Sharing the event on Instagram stories earns an extra photo. More photos are available for purchase.

Deposit: $50 deposit needed to secure a spot, which is refundable as follows.

Refunds: $25 back for sharing the digital photo with @tanyaholodmaternity tag on Instagram. Another $25 for a positive Google or Apple Maps review.

Photo Usage: Entrants will sign to grant Tanya Holod Studio LLC rights to use session photos/videos for promotional purposes, royalty-free, worldwide.

Agreement: Entry confirms acceptance of these terms. Non-compliance may result in loss of session and refunds.
